Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• Oversee daily pit activities to ensure safe and efficient production

• Operate and coordinate machinery and equipment as required

• Monitor product quality and assist with sampling

• Maintain compliance with site safety, environmental, and company standards

• Communicate operational needs to management

Team Support and Safety

• Work closely with pit crews to maintain smooth daily operations

• Provide guidance and support to team members on safe work practices

• Review timesheets and leave requests

Maintenance and Housekeeping

• Ensure machinery and equipment are inspected and maintained

• Report equipment issues, production delays, or hazards promptly

• Maintain clean and organised work areas around the pit and plant

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in open quarry or pit operations

• Skilled in operating and supervising mobile and fixed plant equipment

• Good understanding of safety procedures

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Join our team as an MC Truck Driver where you'll be responsible for receiving, loading, delivering, and unloading agricultural products while operating various vehicles like tippers, flat-tops, tankers, and curtain siders.

Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, loading, delivering, and unloading agricultural products with precision and care.
• Operating a variety of vehicles including tippers, flat-tops, tankers, and curtain siders.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of both vehicles and equipment.
• Upholding a professional appearance at all times.
• Managing consignment and mass logbook efficiently and accurately.
• Adhering strictly to OH&S regulations for the safety of yourself and others.
• Being punctual and flexible to carry out additional duties as required.

Experience and Skills

• Current MC (B-Double) is essential.
• Forklift licence will be advantageous.
• A clean driving history demonstrating safe driving practices.
